Kristen Stewart may still be filming the reboot of “Charlie’s Angels” but she just secured another role for a comedy film titled “Happiest Season.” It was said that the 28-year-old is likely to play gay, the other half in the lesbian couple relationship.
Variety reported that although Kristen Stewart and TriStar Pictures are still in talks for the project. It is almost certain that Robert Pattinson’s ex is starring in the film.
It was added that the TriStar secured the rights to produce the movie from its writers Clea DuVall and Mary Holland. Once the movie production starts, the former will also be directing the film and this would serve as her directorial debut.
“Happiest Season” is a movie that tells the story of a young woman who made plans to propose to her girlfriend at her family’s holiday party. However, it ended in a disaster as she is not aware that her girlfriend has not come out yet and her conservative parents are not aware of her sexuality.
At any rate, it was said that TriStar Pictures has not cast any other actors yet to be in the film. This means that as of now, only Kristen Stewart is on board for the film.
Now, with this Kristen Stewart’s new project, it seems that the fans dream of seeing her and Robert Pattinson together in a movie again is not going to happen anytime soon. The former couple already said in the past that they are now open to the idea of working together again so if there is a good project, they might do it for the fans.
Meanwhile, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are currently in a relationship with Stella Maxwell and Suki Waterhouse, respectively. But although this is the case, fans are hoping that they will still reunite and be Bella and Edward once again, even if it is not in “Twilight.”
