NEW YORK, March 21, 2018 -- Daniel H. Lesser, President & CEO and Evan Weiss, COO, Principal of LW Hospitality Advisors (LWHA) today announced the appointment of Eric B. Hansen as Director of the firm. Mr. Hansen, who is domiciled in the Cleveland/Akron Ohio area, has twenty-five years of experience providing an array of hospitality real estate advisory services including: expert testimony, site evaluation, highest and best use analysis, market and feasibility studies, and appraisals.

Most recently, Mr. Hansen served as President of Distinct Valuation and Consulting Group, Inc. Mr. Hansen has development, consulting, and transaction advisory experience working with firms that include: Hotel & Leisure Advisors, Cole + Russell Architects, Corporex Companies, and while serving as an Officer and Past President of the Ohio Travel Association.
Mr. Hansen earned a Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Cincinnati and received a Certification in Financial Management of Hotels through the Executive Education program at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. Mr. Hansen is a MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute), a licensed architect with membership in the American Institute of Architects, and a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants.
