EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Sept. 21, 2017 -- Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP (the “Partnership”) (NASDAQ:LMRK) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution for its 8.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units (the “Series A Preferred Units”) (NASDAQ:LMRKP) of $0.500 per Series A Preferred Unit, payable on October 16, 2017, to Series A Preferred Unitholders of record as of October 2, 2017.
