Lee Min Ho hasn’t been seen in the limelight for a while as his mandatory military enlistment took most of the actor’s time. But now that it’s going to end next on April 25, fans of the “Legend of the Blue Sea” star are asking what’s his next project is going to be.
At the moment, rumors are claiming that Lee Min Ho will be reprising his role in the sequel of “The Heirs.” There are whispers circulating on the web that the actor is ironing out the details of his mysterious new project and it’s possible that the “The Heirs 2” is his new undertaking, Korea Portal reported.
Of course, since Lee Min Ho hasn’t confirmed anything yet, it’s best to file this one as a rumor for now. Indeed, even Park Shin Hye remains reticent about the matter as she, too, is being rumored to reprise her role in the Korean hit drama.
On the personal side of things, actor Jung Il Woo recently shared details about Lee Min Ho and how their friendship has matured over the years. Apparently, the two actors aren’t exactly seeing eye to eye on a lot of things and have very little in common.
“When we were younger, I would think from time to time, ‘Why does [Lee Min Ho] think like that?’ and ‘Why doesn’t he agree with me?’ Now that we’re past our 30s, we’ve learned to respect each other. I think we’ve become closer because of our differences” Jung said.
One of the few things that Jung and Lee Min Ho agree upon is their refusal to consume alcohol. The “Haechi” star said that he only drinks on occasion, while Lee is choosing to distance himself in the activity altogether. The two stars have been friends for decades and have been through a lot including a car accident that severely injured Lee back in 2006.
