Koo Seung-hoe, an executive at Kolon Motors, is making waves in the Korean automotive industry with his outstanding sales performance. Having recently become the dealership's first-ever executive, Koo has proven himself a remarkable salesperson, poised to set another sales milestone for BMW vehicles in Korea.
Unmatched Customer Service
According to Korea Times, Koo's secret to success lies in his exceptional aftersales service. He never shies away from customer requests, even years after selling cars. This unwavering commitment has earned him the trust and loyalty of thousands of customers, resulting in record-breaking sales of overseas vehicles in Korea.
Customers continue to praise Koo, introducing him to others and bolstering his reputation. His dedication to resolving any vehicle-related issues is evident as he takes care of every step, from picking up vehicles to sending them to service centers and returning them to customers.
Impressive Sales Figures
According to data from Kolon Motors, Koo has achieved a commendable total of 3,709 BMW automobile sales as of December 2023. With a remarkable 22-year career as a BMW salesperson, Koo's exceptional performance led to his promotion as the company's first executive-level official in the sales division.
Koo's short-term goal is to reach the sales target of 4,000 BMW cars by March 2024. However, his grand vision extends even further, aiming to sell over 5,000 vehicles before retirement. Such aspirations showcase his unwavering dedication to the industry and drive for continued success.
Koo's success story has made him a legend among auto dealers nationwide. His consistent sales performance over the past two decades has earned him respect and admiration from peers and competitors.
Despite his executive position, Koo remains steadfast in his passion for selling vehicles. Rather than taking on managerial roles, he prefers to stay true to his roots as a salesperson, ensuring his undivided attention is given to providing exceptional customer service.
