LogMeIn Rescue currently supports devices from major brands including Samsung, HTC, LG, Motorola and Sony and with this release and expanded Android support, will be positioned to support hundreds of additional brands that represent a noteworthy percentage of devices worldwide.
“Because of the sheer amount of mobile devices in the market, companies have a hard time supporting all of them -- leaving many in the dark when it comes to customer care,” said Dave Campbell, Senior Director, Product Management, LogMeIn. “As an industry leader in mobile support, it was important for Rescue to be able to provide quick and easy support for the widest variety of devices.
