LONDON and SAN FRANCISCO, July 26, 2017 -- LoopUp (LSE AIM:LOOP), the premium remote meetings company, today announced that it integrates with SAML-based identity providers such as OneLogin, Okta, Ping Identity and Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) to deliver Single Sign-on (SSO) to enterprise customers. Support for SSO is available at no extra cost to LoopUp customers.
“Experience is at the core of everything we do, from addressing the common pain points on conference calls, to our customer service practices, and even our transparent billing,” said Steve Flavell, co-CEO of LoopUp. “By offering SSO to our customers for free, we’re able to further streamline the process of onboarding and managing users, as well as make the sign-in process even easier and more secure.”
As part of its support for SSO, LoopUp also now offers enterprise customers the ability to auto-provision users. With SSO including auto-provisioning, LoopUp customers benefit from greater security, simplified user administration, and an intuitive, familiar sign-in experience for users.
LoopUp is a premium remote meetings solution that combines high quality audio conferencing with one-click screen sharing to deliver an unparalleled user experience on conference calls. LoopUp’s award-winning software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution doesn’t overwhelm users with features or require training.
LoopUp offers a simpler way to invite, join and control conference calls and remote meetings. In fact, new LoopUp users are now forgoing traditional dial-in on 75% of their meetings by clicking to join and having LoopUp call out to them, resulting in a more visual, more secure conference call experience.
