("MOBI724" or the "Company") (CSE:MOS) (OTCQB:MOBIF), a Fintech leader offering all in one fully integrated EMV payment, Card-Linked Offers, Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence Solutions, announces that it has issued an aggregate of 348,073 common shares (“Common Shares”) at a price of $0.23 as debt forgiveness related to unpaid consulting fees owed to Mr. Pablo Mariani, a consultant. The Company has also issued 347,826 Common Shares to Luc Charbonneau, a former officer of the Company at a price of $0.23 per share as payment pursuant to the settlement of litigation between the Company and Luc Charbonneau. Furthermore, the Company has obtained the permission of the CSE and has issued 200,000 warrants with an exercise price of $0.10 and an expiry date of December 30, 2021 to Dawson James Securities Inc. as compensation pursuant to services rendered in accordance with a Principal American Liaison Appointment Agreement executed on December 30, 2016.
