Dayton, Ohio, March 20, 2017 -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company delivering advanced engineering services, cybersecurity and product solutions, announced today that the company was awarded a prime contract by the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) to deliver Information Technology (IT) solutions in support of the Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS). The contract has a total value of $25 million. Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton.
AFEMS is a suite of software systems that provides key functionality to the Air Force and other government agencies for the management for prioritizing Air Force equipment buys and budgets. AFEMS supports more than 3,000 Air Force users worldwide who use a mix of technology ranging from mainframe systems to mid-tier infrastructures. The application is utilized daily in support of critical warfighter missions.
