MacB Awarded $37M Cybersecurity and Information Systems Task Order

DAYTON, Ohio, Dec. 04, 2017 -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company delivering advanced engineering services, cybersecurity and product solutions, announced today that it has been awarded a five-year, $37 million task order with the Department of Defense (DoD) Information Analysis Center’s (IAC) Cybersecurity Technical Area Task (TAT). The contract supports the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) Enterprise Business System (EBS). MacB will assist AFRL to modernize, integrate, and streamline business applications and software across the enterprise at various locations including Edwards Air Force Base, Eglin Air Force Base, Kirtland Air Force Base, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, and facilities in Washington D.C.

The EBS program office leverages Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) tools and applications to develop and configure a wide range of business functions for functional area representatives and users of the tools. The goal is to improve integrity, efficiency, and management of critical business information for AFRL’s Science and Technology (S&T) mission. 

Personnel in MacB’s Advanced Technology Group (ATG) are responsible for strategic planning, high-performance computer science, information technology-enabled modeling, simulation, cybersecurity research, and gap analysis. Team experts will also conduct system engineering, develop AFRL training materials to streamline tasks, provide technical analysis of single and multi-level IT business applications, and offer critical insight on how to enhance and improve enterprise-wide collaboration.
