Episode 12 of the hit American political drama TV series aired last January 17. The official synopsis, "Elizabeth goes to Myanmar to sign a Pacific Rim trade agreement which will modernize their power grid and benefit several of its trading partners, but she is met with resistance by the country's American ambassador who has immersed himself into the local culture. Also, Nadine attempts to mend her relationship with her estranged son."
With the episode going well, fans and viewers are wanting for more as the next episode of 'Madam Secretary' comes back with yet another explosive episode.
Episode 13 will be titled ''Invasive Species''. The TV series' story will mostly circle around Elizabeth McCord's but with this new episode, the spotlight is on Henry and his family. Here is the official synopsis for the upcoming episode.
“After his father’s death, Henry’s family uncovers shocking secrets that open old wounds for them, including his grieving sister Maureen (Kate Burton), who blames Henry for not spending enough time at home. Also, Russell keeps important information from Elizabeth’s team at the State department.”
Kate Burton will guest in the episode as Henry's (Tim Daly) sister Maureen who will be personally upset with him over the strain that his job put on their family following a family tragedy. With Henry's hectic schedule at work, this has affected his relationship with his family and Maureen will blame him for that.
With all that mentioned, fans will be more than excited to watch out for the 13th episode of Madam Secretary Season 2 this January 31 on CBS.
