“Mayans MC” Season 1 Episode 7 has just aired on FX, and it’s another wild ride for the bikers. Titled “Cucaracha/K’uruch,” this week’s episode puts the spotlight on Adelita (Carla Baratta) and it contains an interesting twist that viewers won’t see coming.
Viewers will get to know more about Adelita and the reasons behind her motives in “Mayans MC” Season 1 Episode 7, but her decision to suddenly team up with the Galindo cartel after a face-to-face meeting with Miguel (Danny Pino) will leave the audience wondering what just happened.
This is surprising because Adelita has dedicated her life to fighting against the cartel after her parents were murdered. However, Adelita definitely has something up her sleeves as she tells Miguel she wants the cartel to fund her rebels. In turn, they will not take down Miguel and the Galindo cartel. Well, things are about to get interesting in the upcoming episodes.
Meanwhile, the most surprising development in “Mayans MC” Season 1 Episode 7 has to be Coco’s (Richard Cabral) decision to kill his mother, Cecilia (Ada Luz Pa), by drowning her in the bathtub. Of course, Cecilia has always been a terrible grandmother to Coco’s daughter, Leticia (Emily Tosta), but it’s safe to say that Coco overreacted.
The scene was chilling because Leticia actually tricked Coco into believing that his mother beat her up even though she injured himself, and now Coco will have to live with the fact that he murdered his own mother.
“Coco has fallen in love with Leticia real fast, and if that wasn't clear before, it is now. He killed his mother to protect his daughter,” Brandon Vieira said in his episode recap for TV Fanatic. “And you thought your family drama was harsh.”
“I'm curious to see how Coco will react once he finds out Vicky didn't really beat Leticia. Will he feel remorse for what he's done, or is he too in love with the idea of being a father to Leticia that her lies won't matter to him?” he continued.
“Mayans MC” Season 1 Episode 7 has been a blast. But now it’s time find out what is Adelita up to in the upcoming episodes?
