A rich tomato sauce accompanies them.

The new Birthday Cake Donut, which has rapidly become a customer favorite, is the standout item. It has garnered enthusiastic responses from McDonald's devotees on social media. It is adorned with buttercream-flavored icing and sprinkles and filled with strawberry-flavored filling. Other items are being eliminated as new ones are incorporated. The Hat Trick burger, Mozzarella Bites, Skittles McFlurry, Iced Latte, Galaxy Caramel McFlurry, Galaxy Chocolate, and Raspberry Pie are no longer available.
