Titan 22 and Nike Reveal LeBron NXXT Gen AMPD Collaboration with Unique Design Elements
Titan 22 of the Philippines is poised to expand its partnership with the Swoosh with the forthcoming LeBron NXXT Gen AMPD, following its numerous Nike LeBron collaborations. According to a report by Sneaker News, Titan 22 concentrates on the alternate AMPD incarnation, which incorporates the Air Zoom Generation elements and their previous collaboration on the LeBron NXXT Gen silhouette from June last year.
Nike has unveiled the Titan 22 x Nike Zoom LeBron NXXT Gen AMPD. The shoe features a grey, orange, and blue color scheme, yellow-tinted outsoles, a patterned graphic on the Swoosh logo, and prominent Titan logo accents on the tongue, heel, and insole. The retailer is anticipated to explain the distinctive design element: an orange pattern near the heel.
Although the precise release date is still unknown, an official announcement is expected soon.
LeBron James Introduces LeBron NXXT Gen AMPD ‘EQUITY’ with a Continued Focus on Social Justice
LeBron James has leveraged his status as one of the most accomplished basketball players to address critical social issues as he has matured. LeBron James and Nike introduced the LeBron 15 "Equality" in 2017, a mismatched white/black pair featuring a striking "EQUALITY" statement in gold on the heel. In 2024, LeBron continues this tradition with the LeBron NXXT Gen AMPD, which this time emphasizes equity.
Official images depict the most recent iteration, with the right shoe featured in white and the left in black, alternating white and black compositions. The Swoosh logo, tongue branding, and additional LBJ symbology are all embellished with gilded accents, and both shoes are made from premium leather.
The heel is adorned with the gold word "EQUITY," the most notable feature. To assist the underprivileged, LeBron has participated in various charitable endeavors, including the I Promise Academy in Akron.
The Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture received all proceeds from selling the LeBron 15 "Equality," limited to 200 pairs. It is still uncertain whether the LeBron NXXT Gen AMPD "EQUITY" will be similarly restricted or if it will benefit any particular charities.
