(NYSE:MDLY) (the "Company"), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share of Class A Common stock for the fourth quarter 2016, payable on March 6, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 23, 2017.
The Company will host an earnings conference call and audio webcast to review its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Thursday, March 16, 2017.
