704 Games just dropped a major bomb recently with the announcement of “NASCAR Heat 3” and dropping a trailer on top of that. Instead of doing what other developers usually do, which is to wait a few weeks or months before announcing the release date, 704 did that right away. As it turns out, “NASCAR Heat 3” will be out on Sept. 7, which is a date that racing fans might want to note.
“NASCAR Heat 3” will be out for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, and promises to stay true to the NASCAR racing simulation experience that the previous games offered. As an officially licensed NASCAR racing game, fans of the event, or just racing fans in general, might want to check this game out. This particular installment comes with new features as well, Comicbook.com reports.
There’s apparently more depth to the career mode in “NASCAR Heat 3”, along with more race tracks, and the online multiplayer will supposedly come with additional goodies. There’s even something called the Xtreme Dirt Tour, which is a fantasy experience for those who love dirt-racing.
As to how this game will actually perform, some publications have actually sent out representatives to take it for a spin recently. Among them is DualShockers, which notes that “NASCAR Heat 3” is a racing game that has plenty to offer fans of both NASCAR and just general racing simulators.
A lot of this apparently has to do with the aforementioned feature that will allow players to race on dirt roads. The gameplay adds that extra bit of challenge to controlling how players turn in this particular section, with the physics being quite different. Suffice it to say, “NASCAR Heat 3” is one title that racing fans might want to keep an eye on, which should make Sept. 7 a date to remember.
