The suspense level is about to go up a notch in “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 10 Episode 6 as Shay Mosley (Nia Long) goes missing. According to the official synopsis of the episode, the NCIS Executive Assistant Director for Pacific Operations will go off the grid after she kills a cartel hitman, but things are about to get even more complicated.
The “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 10 Episode 6 trailer reveals that there is a one million dollar bounty for her head, which explains why she is on the run. However, it is hinted that Mosley is getting desperate and she may betray her team to save her own skin.
Well, this obviously has something to do with the NCIS team’s mission to Mexico to recover Mosley’s son, Derrick (Jalyn Hall). Special Agent Harley Hidoko (Andrea Bordeaux) died while she tried to help and now the rest of the NCIS team are being targeted by the Mexican cartel as well.
Mosley’s decision making has been questionable for some time now, but giving away information to the enemy is the worst thing she can possibly do. Of course, it is possible that Mosley may be planning something to save the team, but a lot of fans already believe that she will definitely become a traitor in “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 10 Episode 6.
“From the get-go, it was clear with this character that she had aspirations of climbing the ladder and being as successful as humanly possible. That means, along the way, that she is willing to throw people under the bus or degrade them in the eyes of the higher-ups,” the team at CarterMatt noted in their piece on the upcoming episode. “At least previously, the most unlikable thing about her was that she wasn’t allowing the team members to really be themselves and she wanted to micromanage everything. Now, she seems intent on breaking the law and doing everything that she can to get ahead.”
Can Callen (Chris O'Donnell) and the team stop Mosley before she does something she will regret? Find out when “NCIS: Los Angeles” season 10 airs on Sunday, Nov. 4, at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
