“NCIS: New Orleans” season 5 episode 11 will follow after an emotional ending in the midseason finale’s “Tick Tock” episode. It can be recalled that Dwayne Pride’s father, Cassius Pride (Stacy Keach), has been killed and what was revolting is the fact that the person responsible was the same one who wanted him dead in season 4.
Now, Dwayne Pride (Scott Bakula) is filled with anger and regrets especially because his father has died in order to save him. Amelia Parsons (Ellen Hollman) tried to shoot Dwayne in episode 10 but Cassius intercepted and took the bullet instead. Agent Pride shot Amelia at that time so his revenge is now directed to the abductors called the Apollion, a highly-skilled group of former intelligence agents.
“NCIS: New Orleans” season 5 episode 11 will continue with the aftermath of the heartbreaking episode 10 incident. It is titled “Vindicta” and according to CBS’ press release, its synopsis reads: “Pride and the team hope to take down a secret and lethal group of former intelligence agents and avenge the death of someone close to them.”
It is clearly stated that Dwayne Pride is dead set on capturing the agents who abducted his father and Dr. Loretta Wade (CCH Pounder) and once he has them, he will take his revenge. Although Dwayne and Cassius do not have that really close relationship as father and son, his actions in “NCIS: New Orleans” season 5 episode 11 will prove just how much he cares for him despite their misunderstandings.
“NCIS: New Orleans” season 5 episode 11 will return on Jan. 8, 2019 at 10 p.m. on CBS. Meanwhile, check out the photos for this episode to get a glimpse ahead of its air date.
