‘NCIS’ Season 16 Air Date, Spoilers: Will Abby Ever Return as Kasie Becomes the Team’s New Forensic Expert?

Major changes await “NCIS” season 16. However, fans are still asking if there is still a chance that Abby Sciuto (Pauley Perrette) will ever return to the series even though the show has found its new forensic expert in Kasie Hines (Diona Reasonover).

Obviously, one of the major changes happening in “NCIS” season 16 is not seeing Abby in the team’s upcoming missions. While Abby left the show without dying, her exit was anchored in the shocking death of Clayton Reeves (Duane Henry).

The fact that Abby left the show alive left an opening for many to speculate that maybe, in the future, Pauley Perrette will return. Following the confirmation of Perrette’s exit, several rumors circulated attempting to provide answers as to why she will no longer partake in “NCIS” season 16. But the actress straightened out the story and said in a written note, "NO I DON'T HAVE A SKIN CARE LINE AND NO MY NETWORK AND SHOW ARE NOT MAD AT ME! It was a decision made last year.
