Amber Pharmacy serves the specialty pharmacy needs of chronically ill patients with long-term, complex treatment needs. Due to the complex nature of chronic conditions, clinical monitoring and intervention are common. Through the use of the MedHOK platform, Amber will automate evidence-based assessments to ensure the efficacy of patient drug regimens to improve adherence and clinical outcomes.

The clinical component inherent in MedHOK’s Specialty Pharmacy solution integrates with specialty pharmacy dispensing systems, providing full visibility of the order process between systems with as little manual intervention as possible. Visibility, detailed communication between providers and pharmacists, and evidence-based assessments ensure the efficacy of a patient’s drug regimen in the most efficient way possible.
