MIAMI, April 18, 2017 -- Information Management Network (IMN), the leading conference producer in real estate finance and a subsidiary of Euromoney Institutional Investor, is pleased to announce the continuation of its partnership with the National Rental Home Council (NRHC), the trade association of the single-family rental (SFR) industry, at its upcoming Single-Family Rental Investment Forum from May 1-3 in Miami, Florida.

IMN’s series of single-family rental conferences, considered the premier SFR industry event since their inception five years ago, feature a “Who’s Who” of SFR buyers (ranging from large institutional groups to “fix & flippers”), lenders and service providers/vendors.
Expecting well over 1,000 attendees, the Miami forum boasts unparalleled networking and new business opportunities, as well as key industry insights and education from the expert speaker faculty.
“As the NRHC continues to grow, our partnership with IMN’s single-family rental forums provide an unparalleled opportunity for our members to connect with other industry stakeholders and discuss top-of-mind issues for this growing and dynamic sector of the housing economy,” said Diane Tomb, Executive Director of the NRHC. “Single-family rentals are expected capture roughly 40% of the estimated 4 million new renter households over the next five years, making this a critical time for the industry. The NRHC continues to advocate for policies that promote access to single-family rental housing options for all Americans and cultivate a better understanding of the market among investors and housing industry professionals.”
So far this year, the NRHC has grown to include several new members who represent all corners of the SFR industry: Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, HouseCanary, Investability, Mohawk Industries, OS National, PlanOmatic, PointCentral, Streetlane Homes, True Investments and Yardi.
The NRHC will welcome attendees with opening remarks on Monday, May 1st and will co-sponsor that evening’s welcome reception. On Tuesday, May 2nd, the NRHC will host a panel, “The Anatomy of the SFR Deal,” featuring speakers from Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, HouseCanary, Invitation Homes and Progress Residential. Moderated by NRHC’s Diane Tomb, this panel will delve into the analysis and due diligence that goes into acquisitions.
“We are thrilled to deepen our partnership with the NRHC as we build and expand these vital conferences for the single family rental industry. I fully expect Miami to be the best event yet for this exciting franchise,” said Andy Melvin, Managing Director at IMN.
