The “Flatliners” actress Nina Dobrev recently posted a picture of herself and friends enjoying the last days of August poolside. The actress wore a pink bikini while telling her followers to “enjoy the last few weeks of sunshine before reality sets in.”
Heavy.com reports that Dobrev shared other photos and videos on her Instagram stories over the weekend, including those of outdoor boxing, a pool party accident, and an afternoon in the dance studio. While Dobrev seems to be enjoying the high life, the 29-year old actress actually has multiple projects in the pipeline for the coming year. Two of Nina Dobrev's upcoming movies, “Departures” and “Lucky Day,” are already in post-production. While Dobrev's “Departures” and “Lucky Day” are already in post-production, the films have yet to get official theatrical release dates.
Nina Dobrev will be starring alongside Asa Butterfield of “The Space Between Us" and Maisie Williams of “Game of Thrones” fame in “Departures. The movie will be a teen-focused drama similar to John Green's “The Fault in Our Stars.” Dobrev's second project will see her working with Australian actor Luke Bracey, who will be paying the character “Red” who is running away from his past in the more adult-oriented action movie, “Lucky Day.”
A third movie, “Run This Town” is currently filming and will star “Band of Brothers” actor Damian Lewis alongside Nina Dobrev and Mena Massoud. The movie tells a fictionalized story focused on controversial Toronto mayor Rob Ford, whom Lewis will be portraying. Dobrev and Massoud will be playing the Mayor's aides while the film is said to take the point of view of a fictional reporter to be played by Ben Platt of “Pitch Perfect” fame.
Fans of Nina Dobrev can keep their fingers crossed that the post-summer movie releases will include two of the three Nina Dobrev projects in the making.
