Polish jobless rate data for the month of June is set to be released tomorrow. According to an Erste Group Research report, the unemployment rate is expected to have fallen further in the month to 6 percent year-on-year, because of the seasonal effect.
The low unemployment and strong wage growth underline the good situation on the Polish labor market, which underpins the high level of household spending. Private consumption is expected to stay the main driver of growth in the quarters ahead.
