DENVER, March 01, 2018 -- RLH Corporation (NYSE:RLH) announced today 10 new franchise license agreements with hotels owned by affiliates of Inner Circle Investments and managed by Inner Circle Management. The 20-year term franchise agreements include one Hotel RL and nine Red Lion Hotels, totaling 2,584 rooms bringing the company’s mid and upscale brands to over 100 hotels.

Inner Circle is keenly focused on implementing the right design elements and operational initiatives in each hotel, which will make for a great relationship between our two companies.”
The newly signed properties include:
- Hotel RL St. Louis, MO – a 288-room property with over 31,000 square feet of meeting space located across the street from the Scottrade Center. The property will feature The Living Stage, Hotel RL’s signature platform for local talent where musicians, poets, authors, public speakers, artists, activists and more can all be found, designed to inspire creativity. Additional signature moments will include award-winning Victrola Coffee; mobile check-in and keys; free Wi-Fi; bikes to borrow and more.
- Red Lion Hotel St. Joseph, MO – 169 rooms and over 11,000 square feet of meeting space located across the street from the St. Joseph Civic Arena.
- Red Lion Hotel Baltimore, MD North – 249 rooms and over 22,000 square feet of meeting space centrally located and within walking distance of the MTA Light Rail.
- Red Lion Hotel Hartford, CT – 150 rooms and over 8,000 square feet of meeting space within walking distance of downtown Hartford and local attractions.
- Red Lion Hotel Cheyenne, WY – 245 rooms and over 16,000 square feet of meeting space.
- Red Lion Hotel Billings, MT – 316 rooms and over 50,000 square feet of meeting space and a casino.
- Red Lion Hotel High Point, NC – 252 rooms and over 12,000 square feet of meeting space located in downtown High Point across from High Point Market.
- Red Lion Hotel Cromwell, CT – 215 rooms and over 22,000 square feet of meeting space.
- Red Lion Hotel Paper Valley, Appleton, WI – 388 rooms and over 37,000 square feet of meeting space centrally located in the heart of Appleton.
- Red Lion Hotel Albany, NY – 312 rooms and over 22,000 square feet of meeting space.
