NEW YORK, April 03, 2018 -- Full-service agency Rauxa today announced it was named agency of record (AOR) for loyalty marketing by national airline carrier Alaska Airlines. The agency will help drive awareness, program growth and member engagement for the airline’s loyalty program, Alaska Mileage Plan™, as well as its branded credit card, the Alaska Airlines Visa Signature® card.
“Alaska Mileage Plan is an essential piece of Alaska’s overall value proposition. Genuine and caring service, low fares, great value and our generous Mileage Plan are commitments we make to our guests,” said Ryan Butz, Alaska Airlines Managing Director of Loyalty. “Over our two-year relationship with Rauxa, we’ve seen that they are passionate about our customers and about driving results for our program. We look forward to partnering together to take our program to the next level for our Mileage Plan members. We are thrilled to name Rauxa as Alaska Airlines’ Loyalty Marketing AOR.”
“Today, travelers want more than miles. They want to be recognized for who they are as individuals, and we understand how to apply data, technology and creativity to deliver that for Alaska’s customers,” said Gina Alshuler, Rauxa President and CEO. “We’re excited to expand our partnership with Alaska Airlines, and to elevate the loyalty component of what is already the best airline experience in America.”
Rauxa began working with Alaska Airlines in 2016, managing acquisition communications for the Seattle-based carrier’s Mileage Plan. That scope of work included print advertising, an email acquisition program and, ultimately, the full ecosystem of communications for Alaska Airlines’ customer acquisition (email, outdoors, digital and social).
