Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s relationship is still making headlines after it ended on a bitter note nearly six years ago. There are even rumors out there claiming that the relationship is fabricated and that it was a subtle promotional campaign to inject hype into the “Twilight” films, Cosmopolitan reported.
However, Kristen Stewart has already come forward and debunked this narrative. The “American Ultra” actress spoke with Harpers Bazaar and said that her romance with Robert Pattinson is genuine.
“I've been deeply in love with everyone I've dated. Did you think I was faking it? I've always really embraced a duality. And really, truly, believed in it and never felt confused or struggling,” Kristen Stewart explained. For his part, Robert Pattison was also committed with the actress at the time.
Unfortunately, the pair’s love story shattered when Kristen Stewart was caught cheating with director Rupert Sanders. Although Robert Pattison took the actress back after the scandal blew up, the relationship didn’t endure and finally flickered out in May 2013.
Now, Kristen Stewart is dating stylist Sara Dinkin with their relationship going through the early stages of dating. The duo has been spotted together multiple times and was even seen wearing matching outfits during their public strolls. Robert Pattinson, on the other hand, is still with actress-model Suki Waterhouse and it seems their relationship is stronger than ever.
As for the possibility of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson getting back together, the chances of it happening is bleak at best. For starters, the “Panic Room” star has revealed to the world that she’s a lesbian.
And even though Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have reconciled with what happen, the trust between them supposedly didn’t heal completely. There’s also the fact that they’re both in their respective relationships and the ex-couple seems happy enough with what they have at the moment.
