Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are one of the most talked about couples in the past. Their romance even got more attention when they broke up due to the controversies surrounding their split. As it was reported, the latter cheated on the actor, and the proof of her affair was even published in newspapers.
Pattinson was initially devastated by his breakup with Stewart, but he eventually moved on and even got engaged to FKA Twigs. Now, the actor never talks about his relationship with her former “Twilight” co-star and girlfriend, so it was very surprising when he finally opened up about it during an interview with UK’s The Sunday Times.
The actor was interviewed at a coffee shop, and luckily, the interviewer got him to talk about his love life, especially about Kristen Stewart. Pattinson was cautious though, as he told the reporter beforehand that the information is his secret. But nevertheless, the reporter wrote everything they talked about, and the fans are actually happy about it.
Firstly, prior to mentioning Stewart and his other ex-fiance FKA Twigs, Pattinson shared why he is not open about his love life and chose to keep it private. In explaining, he then admitted getting irritated when people come up to him even when he is on a date.
“If you let people in, it devalues what love is and I can’t understand how someone can walk down the street holding hands and it’s the same as when I do it and a hundred people are taking your photo,” the 33-year-old actor said. “The line between when you’re performing and when you’re not will eventually get washed away and you’ll go completely mad.”
Any rate, Robert Pattinson disclosed that contrary to what many people think, he and Kristen Stewart are in good terms, but he did not elaborate. He also seemed to have confirmed his romance with Suki Waterhouse when the reporter asked him to say something about her, and he replied back with a question, “Do I have to?”
Meanwhile, fans are clamoring for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart team up again. Although a “Twilight” sequel is impossible now, they are calling for the producers to make them Batman and Catwoman in a movie.
