Vladimir Saldo, the Russian-appointed governor of the occupied parts of the Kherson region, stated on Telegram that the strike took place in Henichesk, a city located along the Sea of Azov. Meanwhile, Ukraine reported significant damage from Russian attacks. A regional energy company announced that approximately 40,000 residents in the Chernihiv region, located near the Russian border, were left without electricity following a Russian strike.
