Ship Finance International Limited (NYSE: SFL) ("Ship Finance" or the "Company"), today announced that 279,000 options were awarded to employees and board members as part as of the management incentive program. The options have been issued pursuant to the Company's Share Option Scheme and will have a five-year term with a three-year vesting period. The initial strike price is $14.38 and the first options will be exercisable from March 2017.
