To honor her special day, Heughan updated his Instagram with a photo of himself and the celebrant and it was made more special with his witty message that reads: “Happy Birthday @caitrionabalfe !!! Apparently, Sam Heughan called her “wife” with the word “screen” attached to it, but still, fans just couldn’t contain their happiness since they want the two’s romantic relationship to be real. However, it is not possible anymore for Caitriona Balfe was reported to have gotten married already.
