A recent tweet by Shiba Inu leader Shytoshi Kusama has ignited rumors among Shiba Inu fans. Kusama stated:

It was reported that the first Shiba Inu worldwide conference, ShibaCon 2024, will be held in Bangkok on November 9th.
ShibaCon 2024 Will Highlight Technical Achievements
Per U.Today, among other things, this event will highlight technical achievements, encourage community involvement, and talk about future plans for the Shiba Inu ecosystem, including tokens TREAT and SHI, the Shiba Inu layer 2 Shibarium, and the projects SHIB, BONE, and LEASH.
Ryoshi, the anonymous creator of Shiba Inus, first suggested the concept of ShibaCon as a series of regional gatherings building up to a yearly international convention.
