LOS ANGELES, April 10, 2018 -- StandardVision, LLC (“StandardVision”), a leading operator of experiential and architecturally-integrated LED digital media solutions, has recently launched its inaugural advertising program on CIRCA’s 24,000 square feet of digital and static advertising space.
“We are thrilled to support our first advertiser on these monumental displays, while at the same time helping CIRCA maximize the experiential and commercial value of its digital display platforms,” said Kevin Bartanian, StandardVision’s Executive Vice President of Sales & Business Development. “We have a long history of transforming urban environments with digital monuments in Los Angeles, and we look forward to continuing our work here and around the world.”
The CIRCA project is the latest in an impressive list of iconic Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) developments that are benefitting from StandardVision’s expertise in integrated LED digital media solutions. These include:
- Courtyard Marriott LA Live (launched 2014): StandardVision designed and manufactured the 3,700 square foot full-motion architectural media façade, as well as the linear accent lighting that spans the building. StandardVision is also under contract to manage all content and advertising sales on the media façade. By combining contemporary art with advertising to create innovative programming, the Courtyard Marriott LA Live platform has become the highest revenue generating street-side display in Los Angeles.
- Metropolis (launched 2017): StandardVision designed, manufactured, and installed the 1,400-square-foot transparent LED video display as part of Metropolis’ public art installation, Convergence LA. StandardVision consulted with artists Susan Narduli and Refik Anadol to create a high resolution media platform incorporating generative art. Metropolis is a mixed-use development that consists of residences, hotel, office and retail in the heart of DTLA.
- Wilshire Grand Center (launched 2017): StandardVision collaborated on the design, manufacturing and installation of all integrated LED media displays and narrative LED lighting woven throughout the structure. The lighting allows Wilshire Grand to lead the Los Angeles skyline in celebration of holidays and civic events, and engage the public eye from miles away. StandardVision is currently contracted to program the exterior narrative lighting for the building, which is the tallest building west of the Mississippi.
Mr. Bartanian continued, “Over the past decade, StandardVision’s technological, creative and advertising solutions have helped to bring built environments to life in DTLA and around the world. We are proud of our team, whose hard work has led to the establishment of new forms of public art, and significant new revenue streams for real estate developers and property owners alike.”
