Sunshine Retirement Living Waiving Upfront Community Fees for Fire Victims at Four Senior Living Communities in California

FOLSOM, Calif., LA MESA, Calif., NOVATO, Calif. and SANTA CLARA, Calif., Oct. 11, 2017 -- Sunshine Retirement Living, a family-owned senior living management company with 21 senior communities in nine states, announced today that it will waive upfront community fees at four of its independent living communities for seniors whose homes were damaged or destroyed by the raging fires in Northern and Southern California. The communities include: Creekside Oaks Retirement Community in Folsom, Deer Park Retirement Community in Novato, Villa Serena Retirement Community in Santa Clara, and Waterford Terrace Retirement Community in La Mesa.

Deer Park Retirement Community in Novato, California, is one of four Sunshine Retirement Living's communities in California that is waiving community fees for seniors whose homes were lost or damaged by wildfires this week.
