I am pretty sure that fans and viewers will be ecstatic of this great news as a crossover of two of the most hit superhero TV series will happen soon.
According to a report by Blastr, "Supergirl" and "The Flash" crossover will be happening on March 28 with the episode titled as "World's Finest." The tv series fans and comic books fans alike are more than excited to see what will happen when the two join forces in fighting against evildoers.
There aren't much details on how the plot will turn out, but some new set of photos from the epic crossover surfaced online, giving fans some hints on what to expect from the upcoming episode. The behind-the-scenes photos released show Melissa Benoist as Supergirl and Grant Gustin as The Flash, and as evident on the pictures, the two have been laughing it up on set with their full superhero costumes on.
Design & Trend reported that the Girl of Steel and the Scarlett Speedster will be facing Silver Banshee, played by Italia Ricci, and Livewire, played by Brit Morgan. It's not the first time, though, that the villains will appear on the show.
There are still no final information though as to how the plot is going to be but what is final though is on how the crossover will take place. And knowing that as of the moment, only Barry can cross dimensions, judging from their recent episode on 'The Flash' titled "Welcome to Earth-2.", speculations are made that Supergirl will come from an alternate Earth.
So stay tuned for more updates about the much awaited crossover and comment your thoughts below on the upcoming episode as we wait for March 28.
