MINNEAPOLIS, March 13, 2017 -- The staff at Take Care Chiropractic & Wellness are happy to share the news of adding their newest massage therapist, Leah VanBramer, to the team. Massage therapy helps patients during rehabilitation, can improve range of motion, and supports the body’s ability to heal itself. Those suffering from an auto accident injury, sports injury, a chronic condition, or who are experiencing an uncomfortable pregnancy, can benefit from massage. Massage therapy can be applied alone or within a holistic treatment program to lessen pain and support the systems of the body.
Leah VanBramer, the new massage therapist at Take Care Chiropractic & Wellness, graduated from the Aveda Institute with a certification in Therapeutic Massage. She practices many modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point, and Myofascial release techniques. Her passion is to help others achieve a higher quality of life by guiding them on a path to wellness. Teaching self-care to each person she massages is key to prolonging the lasting effects of each service. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her dogs and enjoying all the excitement of Minneapolis with friends and family.
Massage therapy has been proven to be an effective tool in alleviating back pain, neck pain, headaches, and chronic conditions. Treatments may be recommended for those with muscle strains, scar tissue, and chronic conditions. Regular massage sessions can reduce the need for pain medications, decrease scar tissue, and help recover lost range of motion. For those with a hectic lifestyle, massage reduces stress levels, eases muscle tension, and can improve sleep quality.
“Massage is an effective and non-invasive tool that can be applied to the treatment of a variety of conditions,” said Dr. Michael Oste. “I am pleased to welcome Leah VanBramer to our team where she will offer her attention and expertise to our patients. She is dedicated to helping patients improve the quality of their lives and reach their wellness goals.”
Dr. Michael Oste, founder of Take Care Chiropractic & Wellness, serves residents of Minneapolis and the surrounding communities. The staff offers the highest quality of care to maintain and improve patient health. Patients can receive a drug-free approach to addressing back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, fibromyalgia, allergies, spinal misalignments, and more. Services at Take Care Chiropractic & Wellness include chiropractic care, massage therapy, sports injury treatment, auto accident injury treatment, pain management, and stress relief.
