SAN DIEGO, Nov. 16, 2016 -- TearLab Corporation (NASDAQ:TEAR) (TSX:TLB) (the “Company”) today announced that on November 15, 2016, the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) granted the Company’s request for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, subject to the Company’s evidencing compliance with the $1.00 bid price requirement by no later than March 15, 2017, which date constitutes the full extent of the Panel’s discretion in this matter. The Company would satisfy such condition by evidencing a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of ten consecutive business days on or before March 15, 2017.
