HAMILTON, Bermuda, April 04, 2018 -- Teekay Corporation (Teekay or the Company) (NYSE:TK) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.055 per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2018. The cash dividend is payable on May 16, 2018 to all shareholders of record as at May 4, 2018.
