(NASDAQ:TBNK) (the “Company”), headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii, the holding company parent of Territorial Savings Bank, announces that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable on December 23, 2015 to shareholders of record as of December 12, 2015.

The special dividend is in addition to our 23rd consecutive dividend declared on October 29, 2015. Our 2015 performance to date and our strong capital position allows us to share this with you. This dividend reflects a total distribution of $0.76 per share for 2015. For shareholders who were a part of our IPO in 2009, the dividend represents a yield of approximately 8% based on your initial IPO investment of $10.00 per share.”
