(NASDAQ:TTD), a provider of a global technology platform for buyers of advertising, today announced the pricing of a follow-on offering of 4,316,452 shares of Class A common stock by certain selling stockholders at a price to the public of $52.00 per share. The selling stockholders granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 647,467 shares of Class A common stock. The Trade Desk will not receive any proceeds from the offering. The offering is expected to close on May 30, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
Citigroup, Jefferies and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Needham & Company and Raymond James are acting as co-managers.
