NEW YORK, Feb. 07, 2017 -- TransPerfect Legal Solutions (TLS), a leading provider of e-discovery and global litigation support solutions for law firms and corporate legal departments, today announced the expansion of their New York document review space portfolio with the opening of a standalone space in Midtown Manhattan.
The self-contained space features 14 secure, access-controlled rooms with a capacity of over 100 reviewers. With state-of-the-art centralized access control, monitoring, and live reporting capabilities, this new TLS review space is ideal for sensitive document review assignments and projects of all types.
TLS maintains a network of review facilities in New York as a major hub in its global network of 116 facilities located across 100+ strategic locations worldwide.
With a strategy of locating review facilities in major population centers as well as legal hubs across the globe, TLS document review facilities alleviate the administrative burden of housing and managing review teams as part of the litigation process. Top-level security, advanced technology and equipment, and highly trained professionals are key features that allow TLS to make the review process quick, convenient, and simple.
“At TransPerfect Legal Solutions, we recognize that conveniently located, secure, and accessible document review facilities are critical to an efficient discovery process,” said Liz Elting, Co-CEO of TransPerfect. “The new space in New York will allow us to provide our clients with even more options to address their litigation support needs and the capacity to manage high-volume engagements.”
“Over the years, we’ve built a network of review, forensics, and e-discovery centers of excellence that help our clients face the most complex legal challenges—quickly and effectively,” said Co-CEO Phil Shawe. “My heartfelt thanks go out to the entire TLS team, who have transformed us over the past decade from a translation services provider, to be one of the leading e-discovery and litigation support providers in the world.”
TLS is continuing with its expansion plans in other locations as well. An expanded review space in Washington, DC is set to open this spring, making seven new rooms and 60 additional seats available.
