HAMPTON, N.H., Oct. 25, 2017 -- Unitil Corporation (NYSE:UTL) (www.unitil.com) today announced that its Board of Directors declared the regular quarterly dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.36 per share, payable on November 29, 2017, to shareholders of record on November 15, 2017. This quarterly dividend results in a current effective annual dividend rate of $1.44 per share.
