SAN ANTONIO, May 03, 2018 -- The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE:VLO) (“Valero”) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on common stock of $0.80 per share. The dividend is payable on June 5, 2018, to holders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2018.
