The 2017 Consumer Electronics Show is about to start on Thursday in Las Vegas, Nevada. It’s one of the most highly anticipated events of the year that is expected to feature the future of consumer electronics, but not everyone is able to go. For those who can’t physically be present, however, there’s still the option to watch the event live. They just need to know what platforms are offering live streaming features during the conference.
Unlike major political or sports events, it can be difficult to find a source among traditional media that would cover the CES in any meaningful way. Fortunately, there are several online publications on the scene covering every press panel, presentation, and booths such as The Verge.
Several notable channels on YouTube are providing live coverage of the events as well, though don’t expect the streams to keep going 24 hours a day. More often than not, it will simply be snippets of people walking around booths, testing out gadgets, or even sitting in on live presentations of the latest electronic wonders from major tech companies.
Speaking of which, those who are more interested in following specific brands during the event will likely want to check out coverage like those of PC Advisor on following LG and Sony during the CES 2017. This should provide viewers with a better vantage point and keep them informed on what those two companies are sharing with the world as they do so.
Then again, you could just go to the CES website to learn about the live stream services that will feature different segments of the show. Viewers will be able to schedule their viewing on such events as the Research Summit, which is happening on January 4th and the Innovation Policy Summit, which is scheduled on January 5th until the 7th.
