ROSEMONT, Ill., April 27, 2017 -- Wintrust Financial Corporation (“Wintrust” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq:WTFC) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on May 25, 2017 to shareholders of record as of May 11, 2017.
Additionally, the Company’s Board of Directors approved quarterly cash dividends on outstanding shares of the Company’s 6.50% Fixed-to-Floating Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series D. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of July 1, 2017.
Lastly, on April 17, 2017, the Company announced that all outstanding shares of 5.00% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock, Series C will be mandatorily converted as of today.
