NEW YORK, Sept. 29, 2016 -- WisdomTree Investments, Inc. (NASDAQ:WETF), an exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) and exchange-traded product (“ETP”) sponsor and asset manager, today announced the appointment of Christina Cryer as Head of U.S. Consultant Relations and Nate Miles as Head of U.S. Retirement Solutions. These recent additions follow the hiring of industry veteran Joseph Grogan in March 2016 as WisdomTree Head of U.S. Institutional Distribution, responsible for extending and enhancing relationships with current and potential U.S. institutional investors.
Ms. Cryer joins WisdomTree from RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.) Inc., where she was Vice President, Senior Consultant Relations Manager, since September 2012. Ms. Cryer will leverage her 15 years of industry experience and knowledge to allow WisdomTree broader, deeper access with some of the most important institutional investment consultants.
Mr. Miles joins WisdomTree from State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) where he held a number of different positions over the span of ten years. Most recently, Mr. Miles played a key role in the Defined Contribution Investment Group (DCIG), responsible for reviewing and enhancing SSGA's Defined Contribution multi-asset class solution portfolios, including target date funds, balanced funds and real asset funds. Additionally, Mr. Miles was part of SSGA's Global Defined Contribution Leadership Team. As the Head of Retirement Solutions at WisdomTree, Mr. Miles will work closely within the Company’s Institutional Distribution team, as well as act as the retirement specialist across all channels.
“Following the appointment of Joseph Grogan, we are excited to bolster our talented institutional distribution team with two additional experienced industry veterans,” said Alisa Maute, WisdomTree Head of U.S. Distribution. “Both Christina and Nate bring to WisdomTree extensive institutional sales knowledge and a track record of establishing deep relationships throughout the institutional community.”
