HOLMDEL, N.J., Nov. 29, 2017 -- iCIMS Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based talent acquisition solutions, announced today, through its partnership with Google, a new round of feature updates to Google’s job search feature designed to further improve the candidate experience for job seekers.

The collaboration between iCIMS and Google, announced earlier this year, ensures that continued investments in this area are automatically delivered to iCIMS’ 3,500+ contracted customers who benefit from added exposure for and engagement with their job postings.
The latest enhancements to Google’s job search feature include:
- Salary details that are more easily surfaced, giving candidates an immediate glimpse at hiring companies’ salary considerations.
- A new “save” function for job seekers that allows continued access on any device.
- Added apply options for duplicate postings so candidates can choose which site they’d like to apply through.
- More precise location filters to search for jobs between 2-200 miles from their location.
“Seventy percent of new job searches begin with Google. This represents a staggering volume of candidate inquiries that our customers must capitalize on,” said Al Smith, vice president of technology at iCIMS. “Companies using recruiting solutions that haven’t embraced Google’s technology run the risk of deterring candidates who suffer poor application experiences. Because iCIMS is 100% focused on recruitment, we can embrace these technological enhancements quickly to the benefit of our customers and the best-fit talent they’re looking to connect with. We’re proud to continue this collaboration with Google to lead a new era of recruiting aligning top candidates with great companies more quickly and effectively than ever before,” concluded Smith.
