Between September 14 and 20, 2026, Strategy has once again acquired 950 BTC for around $75.7 million. Using its current USD cash reserves, the business paid for this buy, thereby preventing the sale of its stock or preferred shares. Strategy's total Bitcoin assets now come to 846,000 BTC acquired at an average cost of $75,416 per BTC.
This move is important because it ends a two- to three-week pause in their Bitcoin buying program during which Strategy focused on preferred share buybacks and other capital management activities. The return of Bitcoin buying shows ongoing dedication to their primary plan of gathering the asset.
Strategy bought around 1.77 million shares of its STRC preferred stock for around $174 million in conjunction with its Bitcoin acquisition. This shows a sensible strategy to capital management whereby the firm is actively managing its obligations while yet pursuing strategic Bitcoin investments.
