“Better Call Saul” season 4 is now on its ninth episode and it is getting close to the finale. The eighth episode, titled “Coushatta,” was released on Netflix on Sept. 25 and it showed James "Jimmy" Morgan McGill (Bob Odenkirk) and Kim Wexler (Rhea Seehorn) teaming up to free and prevent Saul’s bodyguard, Huell Babineaux (Lavell Crawford), from going to prison.
Kim handles the DA in the court while Jimmy travels to Albuquerque to set up an elaborate plan for his “Free Huell” movement. Fortunately, the pair did their homework well and they managed to convince the judge that Huell is indeed someone important in his local church.
Now, the show will continue with “Better Call Saul” season 4 episode 9, titled “Wiedersehen.” AMC shared its synopsis and it reads: “Jimmy and Kim unburden themselves, risking their relationship in the process; Nacho is forced to make the rounds with Lalo; Mike has cause to worry.”
Someone is Leaving?
The second to the last episode features a German word in its title and is taken from "auf Wiedersehen," which translates to goodbye. Although it could also mean “reunion” or “see you again,” it seems that episode 9 is leaning more towards “goodbye.”
With that said, someone might be leaving in this penultimate chapter, and as Express suggests, it could be Werner Ziegler (Rainer Brock) as he made the mistake of exposing confidential details about the big meth lab in a bar. Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) began to suspect him, and so “Better Call Saul” season 4 episode 9 does not bode well for the hired engineer.
What Will Happen to Jimmy and Kim?
Jimmy and Kim worked together to free Huell and they became passionate at one point after successfully pulling off an unlawful means to keep him out of prison. The latter seems to like Jimmy more now and she even told him that she would like to work with him again.
Then again, achieving things in a wrongful manner may cost Kim her job and reputation as a lawyer. The fate of their relationship is expected to be revealed within the last two episodes of “Better Call Saul” season 4.
“Better Call Saul” season 4’s next episode is airing on Oct. 1 on AMC at 9 p.m.
