“Black Clover” chapter 249 is still about the fight that the dark triads started. It is not about the villainous three mages anymore but more are getting involved. For instance, Vanica sent her henchman Svenkin to attack the Heart Kingdom and he already created much damage even if he is not as powerful as the members of the dark triad.
To protect the Hearts Kingdom, Luck was sent to fight Svenkin and their powers are almost at the same level. There are instances when the villain is unleashing a type of superpower that can’t be quashed but still the good ones managed to subdue them somehow.
Recap
“Black Clover” chapter 248 was published last week and it showed Luck trying his best to beat Svenkin to protect the Hearts Kingdom. It turned out that they are not really aware of the attack on the kingdom because together with Asta and Magna, they are on their way there to train.
In the flashback, Asta wants Gaja to train Magna and Luck in using magic so he introduced them to him. The training began and it was learned that Asta originally wants Zora Ideale to train too but he declined the invitation.
Gaja trained them on how to command their magic so the arrays and runes training commenced. Luck has been an exemplary student and keeps improving his skills. Gaja told him that he could effectively use the runes and arrays and this method may help Luck in defeating Svenkin.
Back in the present time, Luck used his form of true lightning spear on Svenkin and he appeared to have died. However, Svenkin’s real fate will only be divulged on “Black Clover” chapter 249.
Plot prediction
Svenkin has the power to heal his injuries so there is a chance that he will survive in “Black Clover” chapter 249 which is really bad news. It is predicted that the battle in the Heart Kingdom will go on for a bit longer since the warriors are expected to arrive to protect the territory.
Fans will also see Noelle and Lolopechka’s faceoff with Vanica in “Black Clover” chapter 249. The fight will happen in the near the Spade kingdom. Yami’s fight with Dante is not yet over as well and they may show up in this chapter.
Release date
“Black Clover” chapter 249 will be released on May 10, as per Otakukart. The raw scans will be available on May 7.
