When Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were still married, they were considered by the entertainment industry as the golden couple since both celebrities were at the height of their careers at the time. But five years into their marriage, the duo decided to part ways.
A few months later, Brad Pitt started dating Angelina Jolie, which caused quite the stir among gossip outlets, with stories being published that the “Troy” star may have committed infidelity. While this wasn’t truly proven, Jennifer Aniston herself admitted that she was “shocked” at how quickly the actor moved on. Following this development, more and more rumors started circulating, an occurrence that is still happening to this very day.
One of the most recent gossip that the rumor mill is purporting revolves around Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston, with Brad Pitt in the middle of the narrative. Hollywood Life claims that the “Maleficent” star doesn’t care that her relationship with Pitt caused some distress for the “Friends” alum.
But given that Hollywood Life has a reputation for spinning unfounded tales, this article is likely another fabrication. “So many things Angelina [Jolie] questions and or feels regretful about concerning their relationship still haunt her, but she never worries about how her relationship or divorce may have affected [Jennifer Aniston]. Angelina simply never really worries or ever really thinks about Jen,” a questionable source told the magazine. With Brad Pitt caught into the mix, this angle certainly makes for an amusing story, although it’s likely that it is just that and nothing more.
It can be recalled that Angelina Jolie herself once said that during the filming of “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” with Brad Pitt, the actress revealed that it got to a point that she was actually excited to go to work. While seemingly harmless, Jennifer Aniston was apparently wounded with the sentiment and said it was “uncool” for the “Maleficent” star to say those things.
Following this development, it’s clear that if Angelina Jolie does want to say things about Jennifer Aniston, she would utter it personally What’s more, the “Tomb Raider” star is too busy with her personal life as she’s currently locked in a custody battle with Brad Pitt.
It wouldn’t make sense for Angelina Jolie to think about Jennifer Aniston as her hands are currently full, let alone confide such a petty thing in someone that she doesn’t trust. This is doubly true since the “Salt” actress doesn’t want to damage her image to the judge handling the custody proceedings. Jolie already received a warning from a judge that she will lose primary custody of her kids if she continues to deprive them of time with Brad Pitt.
As this is the case, why would Angelina Jolie go around telling untrustworthy individuals sentiments about Jennifer Aniston that would affect her chances of getting full custody? With all these on the table, it’s safe to say that Hollywood Life’s article is but another unfounded narrative spun by the gossip publication in order to attract more views for the magazine.
